At Paw Planet , we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our domestic shipping policy below for detailed information on how we handle orders, shipping fees, and delivery times.

1.1 Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-volume order periods, shipping may be delayed slightly. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing extra days for delivery. If any significant shipping delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. The following shipping options are available:

  1. In-House Delivery Service: Available within Nairobi, Kiambu, and surrounding areas. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Shipping cost: Kes. 300.
  2. Local Pick-up: At Kahawa Sukari,Estimated delivery times 1-2 business days.Shipping cost Kes.500.
  3. 3rd Party Delivery Service: Available for regions outside Nairobi and Kiambu but within Kenya. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Shipping cost: Kes. 800.
  4.  Tanzania and Uganda: Estimated delivery times 2-3 business days.Shipping cost Kes.2,000

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience delays.

1.3 Shipment to P.O. Box Addresses

Paw Planet Kenya does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical address for delivery.

1.4 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

1.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Paw Planet Kenya is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

1.6 Damages

Paw Planet Kenya is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
